If permission is granted to allow a third party caterer/s into the Wynyard Estate, each supplier will be required to provide a detailed Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Plan (HACCP Plan) along with a valid Public Liability Insurance Certificate at least 14-days prior to the event. This must be approved by WH’s Executive Head Chef and a full copy will need to be presented on the day of the event. This includes food vans / food stalls where food is supplied.
